Culinary workshops for the public
We offer teambuilding culinary workshops for schools and the general public in a friendly atmosphere. The purpose is to teach as many people as possible how to make delicious recipes at home using day-old bread.
Participants will learn how to make gourmet sweet or savory treats, typically made with
unsold bread from local bakeries. The participants will also learn about food waste
(causes / consequences / solutions), and the session will end with a friendly snack.
These anti-waste bread workshops are carried out within the framework of CSR with support from:
- Governmental organizations
- The catering community and organizations (e.g., education, health, EHPAD)
- Educational institutions
- Teambuilding organizations
- Non-governmental organizations
- Bakery & pastry shops and supermarkets
The length and format are customized to suit your needs.
Eco-responsible buffets
We offer eco-responsible catering for professional events:
- Delicious sweet and savory dishes made with breadcrumbs from unsold bread from local bakeries.
- Zero waste catering, 100% of materials are reused and recycled.
- ORGANIC and LOCAL fruits, vegetables, and drinks.
- Provide To Go Containers for leftovers at the end of the event.
